Our hiring process is different and more extensive than many, due to the delicate nature of our services. This hiring and training process allows for our clients to rest assured they are getting the level of care and expertise that they deserve. It also allows for our employees to be surrounded by colleagues who value the level of service and teamwork that they do.
The hiring process includes:
- Background Criminal Check – to ensure we’re providing a safe and trusted environment for our clients
- Driver’s License Check – reliable transportation is necessary
- Interview Process – we want to be sure that all employees are a true fit for the CARE, Inc. work environment
Upon being hired there is also a detailed training program that will provide you with the skills and information necessary to serve our clients in the expected CARE, Inc. way.
There are a few things to note before you apply:
- You must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a high school diploma/GED
