Do you love caring for people? Are you a nurturing person? Do you want a career that is fulfilling, rewarding and that provides financial security? CARE, Inc. is one of the leading in-home care providers in Louisiana and we are always on the lookout for people who are a great fit for our company. Even with over 400 employees, we still have a “small company” culture that embraces closeness, communication, and teamwork.

We have found that many of our caregivers become like part of the families of the clients we serve, simply because they genuinely care about their wellbeing. We want employees who can preserve the high-quality care, respect, and integrity for which we have become known since we opened our doors for business in 1991.

Please keep in mind that in order to be considered, you must be willing to go through our extensive hiring procedure, which includes background criminal checks, driver’s license check, and the interviewing process. Once hired, you will be required to enter our detailed training program to ensure you are able to offer the top-level service that we consistently provide to our clients. Thank you for your interest in working for CARE, Inc. We hope you are a good fit and welcome your application.
